Help my radio doesn't work
I just installed a stock radio in my 1992 sc300 (it had an after market radio) But it doesn't even turn on. Do the sc300 1992 audio system require a decoding for the system to turn on?

No coding needed. If you give it 12 volts, it should power right up. So either the wiring harness/plug is not hot, or there's a problem with that head unit.
If you search on "nak hack", you'll find wiring diagrams for the plug- find the pins of that plug that feed 12 volts (+ and - ) and test it.
