Default How do I eliminate alarm siren

I'd like to keep my alarm siren/horn from sounding without disabling the starter kill feature. Nobody responds to alarms anyway and the thing keeps going off with the least little motion or noise. Any help would be appreciated. It's the factory alarm on my '92 SC400

I thought the factory alarms just used the horn and lights?

Thats what I got too... horn and lights. I wish I had an audible signal that notifies when I lock and unlock doors as opposed to just that quite little motorized door lock sound it makes.

Am I missing out on something I dont know about regarding my factory alarm?

Its not factory....That means it shouldn't be any trouble to remove or decrease the sensitivity.

robsanemt...Got a car audio store near ya...have them look at it. Some one there might be able to point you in the right direction
