I have a few friends that use Lidatek Laser Jammers here in Hawaii. That would also be my #1 pick if I were to ever get one. Since I moved to town I can't really get to that critical speed anyway so I haven't gotten a ticket in years so I decided to hold off. Anyway, my friend's swear by it and said it saved them many times.
If you live in Hawaii and have a habbit of speeding, getting a laser jammer probably would be a good idea. Hawaii uses LASER only as radar has been banned by the police union I believe. Therefore any live person uses Laser, and only those stupid Speed Sign use radar.

FIRST-TIME OFFENDERS:
Fines of $500 to $1,000, a 30-day license suspension, mandatory driver's education and either 36 hours of community service or two to five days in prison.
SECOND-TIME OFFENDERS:
A $750 minimum fine, a 30-day license suspension and either 120 hours of community service or five to 14 days in prison.
THREE OR MORE VIOLATIONS:
A minimum $1,000 fine, license revocation up to a year and 10 to 30 days' prison time."

There is a list up there with the states that have laser jammer laws (Illegal in CA, legal in TX). It is a very nice website but I do not have the link right now.
