Looking For Advice on Pioneer to Nakamichi Swap
Hey all,
One of the other members is selling his Nakamichi head unit and CD changer. My question is will it work for what I want to do? I have a 2000 GS400 with Pioneer system. I am looking to swap out with Nak. but add my own (aftermarket) amps to it. Eventually I will also be upgrading the door and rear shelf speakers, but probably for the next year will use stock speakers. Is this an easy swap or is more involved? Will the wire harnes in the Pioneer equiped car power up Nak. head unit and CD player or will I need any additional wiring? The reason I want to do this is that from my understanding of the experience of other members is that the Pioneer system is dificult to add additional amps to.
