98 ES300 Door Panel Removal
How do you remove the circle interior fasteners (just a 1 1/2" black circle about a foot away from the tweeter? I need to remove that panel but I don't want to do it improperly and break something.
I'm actually trying to replace the mirror on my mom's ES300 but I figure you would need to remove similar parts if you were replacing the door speakers.
