Hi, I have a 2000 LExus ES300. I have a JVC KD SH 99 Mp3 head unit. I had the stock head unit taken out and factory amp bypassed. Installers say that adding a digital amp such as the 1100d will create engine noise because the stock amp is bypassed. Can you guyz help me out. Is it true? What can I do?

not true at all, the stock amps shouldnt even come into question. if engine noise comes up, that means they suck at installations. if at all possible, try to do it yourself. general rules of thumb to keep the noise away:
-run rca cables on the opposite of the car as the power wire
-make sure there is nothing crimping the rca wire(s)
-make sure you have a good connection at your ground points from bare metal of your car to the ground wire
hope this helps, keep us posted.
