Default Tool to "release" pins/ pinning tool?

Guys,

Wondering if there is a specific tool you can buy that will help you to release pins from the socket on a harness? Instead of putting a little screwdriver in there to pop it off - is there a tool built for this??

Thanks,
Jonny

Snap-On truck has them. There are a few to choose from depending on what pins you're removing.

What do you mean access? There is no Snap-On truck near you? Or do you mean you do not have an account? Anyone can buy from the Snap-On truck as long as you pay in full. You have to work at a shop if you want to pay in installments. If you do not have a truck near you, you can go to their website. I am sure others carry the tool, I just can't remember who else... sorry.

I don't know of any snap-on truck near me, nor do I know how to find out where one is.

I went to their website but I don't know the name of the tool to search for it. Do you have any ideas? Thanks,
Jonny

Thanks again for your help - hope I ordered the right ones.

If you want to find a snap-on truck, you could probably go to any dealership around town and ask the service manager if the get it, and when, they just go up there when its there.

Hey man, I bought this tool you are talking about from Snap On. It broke within 15 seconds of use. I still need to send it back...

Are you talking about the wires from the canon connector it self? Or the whole plug from where it is connected.
If you are talking about the actual wires from the canon connector you can do it your self using a pin. Here is how my friend does it.
