Default A few issues with the factory alarm on my SC

hey guys ive been searching this forum for adivice but have had no luck with it. quick background on it-- its a 95 sc300 and when i got the car it never came with an alarm remote. recently it started acting up like when i lock the doors, the alarm arms itself, then when i go back out to the car and unlock it manually with the key the alarm goes off. from what i have read, there is a green wire in the drivers kick panel that disarms it, but i cut that and still nothing. i also bought a remote and tried programming it but that didnt work either but i think the remote is busted. right now the car is just sittin g because it wont start from the alarm. any other ideas on going about disarming the alarm for good? Thanks in Advance!
