1999 GS300 driver door speaker cuting out
I've had my 1999 GS300 since new and have been having an ongoing problem. The driver door speaker cuts out and the only way it comes back is if I tap on the door. It's been to the dealer for this problem over 5 times and they still have not been able to fix it.
They've replaced the speaker and amp. Gone over the wire harness and the problem still happens.
Has anyone else experieced this problem?
It is the Standard Lexus stereo with CD changer.

I have had the same problem w/my 99 gs4. My passenger door speaker has done it a few times as well. I suppose it is a poor connnection in the door or a speaker problem. I haven't made it to the dealer yet, but when i do i will post if they are able to fix it.
