JL Audio Component Speakers. XR vs C5
i need a little help from you audio freaks. im thinking of going the JL Audio component speaker route for my front doors (IS300) and im debating between XR650 and the C5650. the plan for now is to the do a D3 headunit, JL 300/4 amp and the door speakers. later i will add subs and additional amps.
ive read that the XR is the older technology and has less midbass than the newer C5. some people have compared the C5s to the ZR, which sound beutiful in Wringo's car but theyre a little outside of my budget. the cost difference between the XR and C5 is about $80-100. i need some help on how they sound.

the C5's are alright, a decent replacement for the XR speaker line. I'm just not that impressed with them in comparing them to other speakers of equal price point.
