My friend has a 91 Maxima SE...he just got his car back from the local sound shop. Here is what he's got in the car
Kenwood DPX-5010 Double Din Head Unit
MB Quart DISCUS DSD210 Comp Set in front
MB Quart DISCUS DTC169 6X9 in back
Rockford Fosgate 400a4 Speaker Amp
Rockford Fosgate bd1000a1 Sub Amp
JL Audio 12" W7 Subwoofer
(2) Voodoo 1 Farad Caps with Digital Volt Meter
His setup was nice (before the W7) with just the 6X9's, but the W7 made it amazing. This one sub is louder than my 2 12" JL W3's...I have 750 watts going to each one of them. His subwoofer is ported and tuned to 34 hz, while mine are sealed. If anyone wants new subs, get these...they may be expensive...but they are worth every penny. They are loud, but they are also mostly an SQ sub, so they are accurate and very tight.
I'll post pics of his install when I get em...
