Need audio advice for '99 SC3 with premium Pioneer
I don't post in this section too often, but I have a few questions. First off, I absolutely love the sound system in my car. Yes it the Pioneer system, but it sounds fabulous. As I understand, ASL and DSP were added to this system for the model year and the only differences between the Pioneer system and the NAK of this year are the head units and the amp. I want to keep my factory head unit. Is there anyway I can add an amp to separately power the speakers, or do I have to get a Nakamichi head unit to do this? I also plan on upgrading all the speakers and sub to handle more power. Last but not least, is it possible to replace the stock 6-disc changer to one with MP3 capabilities? What do you guys recommend?
