I recently purchased an 8" bazooka bass tube with a built in amp and i had a couple questions on how to install it.

I have a 94 es300 with a jensen vm9311 headunit that was installed by a local shop. when i had it installed i had to also put in a single din adapter kit made by scosche, now i was not present when this was installed but i know that to get the kit in the whole front panel had to come off including the climate controls right above the cd player.

Now i know that i have to connect the control wire and the rca's to the back of the headunit but i am unsure if i have to take out the entire front panel like when the sosche kit was put in or if there was a way to just remove the headunit without having to go through the tedious process of removing the entire panel. Thank you in advance for any help you all are able to provide me.
