Question on amp for 2 TC-1000's and General ?'s too
Hey guys, i'm wondering what amp I should use to push two 12" TC-1000's. I was also wondering if this is simply just going to hit too hard. Should I got with 1 12" TC-1000? Or what should I do!!

What's the voice coil configuration of the drivers? What enclosure are they going to be installed in? Will it be too much? It depends on what you want out of the system. And if it is too much, you can turn them down. If you install one and it isn't enough, then you need up spend money to upgrade.
And if you decide that one is enough, the TC-1000 makes a great home theater sub as well. I'm using a similar model (Stryke AV-12) as a temporary home theater sub right now. I forgot how good subs with the TC2+ motor sound.

4 ohm SVC, and am going to wire them at 2 OHM. I'm pretty sure i'm going sealed but i'm not sure...can you help me figure out which one is going to be better for these subs?
I'm pretty sure i'm going to be running about 1200 to them both and see how I like it. Should hit pretty hard.

it will be loud either way. a good box for one sub will probably blow you away. however, then you'll need to change the amp you are looking for, as you'll need something that puts out good power at 4 ohms.
