Default got a few questions on the gs300 audio.

Its a non-navi and its has no ML audio.

i just looked up the speaker sizes in the doors and it says they 4" speakers.

has anyone tried to install 6.5" speakers in the doors before?

-when i get the car i plan on doing a alpine 7998
-try to install my Boston acoustic 6.5 proseries comps
- try to fit some 3 way 6.5's or 5 1/4s for the rear doors
-E12a single subset up.

the amps i have currently are avionixx 800.2 (sub) and a avionixx 440.4(inside)
i was debating if i should get the nine.5 to run the whole set up. But i dont know if the sub channel on the nine.5 will push as good as the 800.2.

will having those amps with the amount of power need make my lights dim? mess with my alty? mess with my electrical sys?i dont want to buy a CAP, i rather do the big 3 and upgrade the battery to a yellow top.

when i had all this stuff in my other car my stock alty was 130 amps and it still dimmed my lights. any info would help. i have searched about 15-20 pages on various topics on the gs3 but not many direct answers!

Yes you can fit 6 1/2 speakers, you just have to create new baffles out of mdf or birch for the speakers, you can't use the oem ones. If the system requires more current, then you need to upgrade to a higher output one.

Yeah higher output alternator. I think JPI in Texas has some that put out more amps.
