homemade camera mount in LS400
Made a Camera mount for my LS400. Not professional but it only cost $1.98 to make. Works ok but the camera shakes and makes videos look like they were taken during an earthquake; any suggestions on how to make it "less shaky"?

you could do 2 things....
1. instead of mounting only on the passanger seat, mount it across to your drivers seat as well, just keep in mind to make them move together or else youll bust out the head rests. I did this in my friends 330 when we went to the mountains for a nice drive. but his was only on the passanger side....
now the reason for that is in part 2.
2. you can leave the camera on the passanger side only, but be sure to get a lighter camera. the heavier it is the more it will move. because of leverage problems...
if you want to go the safest way. here is what to do,
all the front seats has approxiamtly a 1/2in bolt holding it down to the chasis. you can un do that and make a mount like you did on the head rest but make it like a pole with an arm and you can mount anything you want on it cause its getting is support from the chasis which is must stronger and not prone to small movements...
here is what is used in law enforcement, hope it will give you some ideas....
