Default Audio wiring Qs

For a 1996 LS400. I am in the middle of audio install (remove the central consol, front seats, rear seats, dashboard lower panel, radio HU), and found that the wiring harness provided by the crutchfield did not fit. So I have to hard wire everything.

I bought a JVC HD radio head unit from Crutchfield. There are two plugs for the antenna (bigger one and smaller one) and the OEM HU has two holes for these two plugs. But the JVC HU only has one hole for the bigger plug.

Questions:
1. What is the smaller plug for?
2. How do I run power to the antenna? Where to feed to power (the constant 12V and turn-on signal)?
3. Also, Where are the good places to tap for the Constant 12V, and turn on power?

I also posted the Qs on LS400 forum.

Thanks

dunno how accurate this info is but it might help out. best bet is to test it w/ a test light or multi meter.

12v - blue/yellow or white yellow
acc - gray or white/red
power ant - yellow white

for the antenna plugs just use the big one.
