I have a '93 key FOB without a battery ... the owners manual fails to detail what the replacement coin cell is for the FOB.

If you have prior experience replacing the coin cell in this key fob ... please post the model # of the battery.

You might be able to find out and get one if you took it to somewhere like Batteries Plus. One of my keys doesn't work either and a few months ago I looked up and searched for some info about the key battery but can't remember if I found out what kind of battery it was. I think it's a battery that's used in other devices as well so maybe not that hard to find a replacement battery.

alot of battery places don't have it. your local lexus dealership should have them. its like a 2032 or something like that
