Default Need help with wiring system setup

I made a picture in mspaint on how I have my system setup right now. I am about to get a 2 Farad Digital Capacitor. I was wondering were it would go. Im guessing after the second battery, and have all my amps power wires going to it right? Also I was wondering If I have to many fuse. Do I only need one big fuse? Also right now every thing is 4ga, but would I gain anything by making the power and ground wire that goes from battery to battery, and then battery to cap a 0ga. I dont have any problems with the system right now amps are turned down to 1/4 there power. I turned them up to 1/2 to 3/4 there power and I blew the 2 fuse that went to the amps that power the subs. Any help would be great. Thanks

Caps are used mainly in subwoofer amps because they draw the most amount of power when the woofer is pounding a deep low audio note.

I have 1800 watts rms and 3300 watts max. My other battery in the trunk is a small kinetic HC600. Even with both batters it makes my lights dim. So I got a good deal on a massive 2 farad cap so I picked it up to see if it helps any. So should I install it to the 2 amps that go to the sub's there mono block amps.
