sc400 rear speakers not working with avic

sc400 rear speakers not working with avic
I installed my avic d3 yesterday, and for some reason the rear speakers and sub will not play. I got the metra amp integration kit, and the 87(or whatever year it was)+ toyota kit, front speakers work fine when i plug in the rca cables, but i try to plug in the rear, and i get nothing. Anyone run into this problem?
