What are you going to run with the amp, subs or highs?
For subs: JBL600.1, $230(?) w/warranty through scala1 on ebay.
For highs: Phoenix Gold XS4600, $320 @ carmedia1.com, but I would use the pricematch feature over at sounddomain.com to get a warranty with it.

What are you speaking of specifically? Amps almost NEVER put out full power, especially with music. I haven't gone through a lot of scala's auctions, but from what I've seen of his JBL amp auctions, all the information given is correct. Now you could say that any of his HU's listed have incorrect power ratings, but that's because all companies rate their HU's at max power w/ uber clipping. If some unknowledgeable person sees a Pioneer 7300 rated at 45wattsx4 on sounddomain.com and then sees the same one rated ~11wattsx4 being sold by scala, which do you think they're going to buy? The companies producing the equipment are the ones you should be complaining about.
