Default non working radio

Okay from what I have seen this is more of going from stock to aftermarket or add on. But I just want my stock radio I have have something else beside engine/road noise. The deck itself has no life meaning no power pushing the pwr button or anything else of the sort. It does have the 6 CD changer same goes with the deck no pwr of any kind that is noticeable. I have pulled the unit out to check the connections and they were tight and locked in, also checked all fuses that relate to the '94 es300. I have yet to go through the plugs and see if they get power, one reason being having no idea which are power and which socket is what. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like the 8 speaker pioneer made radio amp under the passenger seat is blown or missing all together. . it is damaged by drink spills and window left down rain in , it is in vulneable position flids spilled on them. the power to radio comes from the amp. its under the carpetting and has a black metal case on top of it.

So what would be the best way to get to it to see if that is the problem?
