I hope this is not a repost. I actually couldn't find the information for my 95 ES300 when I needed it so I had to do it on my own.


Just wanted to let anyone know. The VSS, cruise control, vehicle speed sense, sensor (all of that done for search results) wire is violet/yellow behind the glove box on the bottom side. Right when you remove the bottom cover panel you will see harnesses. Dig through them and any one of the three or so violet/yellow wires will be the one you need. This is particular to this year so it may be different on the 96 and the 94 and so on. The resource that I used actually said that the wire would be violet/white and I checked another resource, and they said either v/white or v/yellow. Went with v/yellow and no problems. Worked perfect. I'm really glad because the Eclipse unit seems to not function properly without the VSS.

I just installed a avn-5435 unit into my vehicle and had to find the wire. Hope this helps anyone who is looking for this wire.
