There is two harnesses going into the factory amp. There is an input (from the factory unit) and an output (to all the speakers). It should be fairly easy to distinguish between the two. The input will have "thinner" wires in it and the output will have "thicker" wires in it. You need the one with "thicker" wires which is the output harness from the amp. Is this the one you used?

Pics maybe?
Sometimes the wire colors that they give you in diagrams are not correct. Even if it's for your exact model car and it's from a reliable source, it will be wrong a lot of times in high end systems. It's best to test to find each individual speaker. Where did you find your factory amp? And, how did you know it was the amp?

Yeah The Oem Radio Played Fine. I Was Reading In The Manual That It Says Not To Use With Speakers Between 1-3 Ohms. The Ones In The Door Are 2ohms. I Still Should Be Able To Here Some Sound Right? Or Do I Have To Change My Speakers For This To Work?

You should still have sound if it's wired properly. An aftermarket radio should not be run on speakers with less than 4 ohms, that is correct. You can run speakers at a lower ohm load though without any problems. Eventually, it will cause problems and could cause the unit to overheat or malfunction, but sound will still come out of the speakers.... I currently have mine running off of an Eclipse headunit at lower than 4 ohms....
