Default Stereo Help

How do I remove the stereo unit and retain everything I need to put my aftermarket in? There are bolts and there are screws holding the stereo in place, wich do I take out so that the cage is still there.

Also, just double checking that I will need the Metra 70-8112 harness and Schoche toyta harness to have everything up and running?
