Default Sound Quality of Bypass

Could anyone comment on the sound quality of an amp bypass in comparison to a stock Nak system on a 2G GS. The new system would be a Avic-D1 and a 2 ch amp that is only powering the sub (10" type r).

Since I am not putting in a 4 ch amp to power the speakers, I am worried that the output will significantly less than the stock. Any comments?

Thx in advance.

EDIT: Thanks, basketthis

Factory amps put out anywhere between 30-50w per channel. Aftermarket unit does the same because it's internally amplified. Don't worry. And if you just use the integration harness you will still be using your factory amp!
