JL Audio Clean Sweep CL441dsp

I am looking into purchasing JL Audio Clean Sweep CL441dsp for my '06 GS300. Is anyone have any thorough knowledge on this product? Is it worth my money? I'm installing a W6 soon. Also, it has the auxilary input option so, if I want to hook-up my Ipod, will I be able to control the Ipod through my factory stereo? Thanks.
