Most of their car audio stuff is crap but stick with Alpine and you'll be good. I would go with an Alpine head unit, Type R components, Type R sub, and PDX amps to power them all.

try to get a double din screen. i think it's the only thing that looks good in there. also, buy a new 4 channel amp or have the factory one bypassed. any amp/sub will sound good unless you have some sort of preference... but, my best recommendation is the double din screen!! with a regular radio i just don't like the way it looks.

from best buy it's either gonna be kenwood or alpine. don't get the new pioneer unless you have a LOT of patience because they are slow and still have bugs to be worked out. the kenwood looks SO nice. there aren't many alpine navigation units so i'd suggest just going with the kenwood if you're looking for something that will look good and do your everyday functions of navi, dvd, radio, cd, etc. they should have a demo model in the store for you to test out. see if you like it. it uses the tom tom technology. very user-friendly...!

crutchfield says you have 6.5 compontents in the front and just 6.5in woofers in the rear using those speaker specs and the fact a dash kit would be mandatory to make a double din fit in that car this is how my best buy shopping cart ends up looking

i would say for the best money and the features, pioneer fh-8000bt. i wanted so bad, but nobody had this thing in local. so i bought single din with same features as abovo model. works fine and perfect. and Ebay has pretty good price.

the avic-f series units are not worth the investment right now... the avic-d3 is a much better unit (minus the bluetooth) but it's smooth and quick. the f-series units are slow, sluggish, and have glitches/problems. i don't know if anyone else has actually used one or has experience with them but i have used multiple units and i would definitely recommend any kenwood double din over the pioneer (unless you get the d3). and usually i'm the guy to say to go get the pioneer  funny how things change...
