I bought one off ebay that was larger than the keyhole so I had to make a housing for it out of fiberglass and then fiberglass it into the trunk bar (where the OEM keyhole is). Then I had a bodyshop paint it and it looks great. If I had to do it over again I would have gotten one of those small square ones and then mounted it to the bottom side of the trunk bar. This is how my wifes OEM backup camera is on her Genesis and you cant see it, and it would be a much easier install. But I havent seen one recently that fits in the keyhole with no modification.

One thing to consider, if it is a true keyhole camera it probably wont have any infrared capabilities so it will not work as well at night. The one I have has 9 IR lights on it and that is why it is a little bit bigger than the OEM keyhole, but the pic is great.

I really think there is no way to do it without some serious body work. I dremeled a hole to fit the fiberglass housing and then proceeded to spend about 5 hours with bondo and a lot of sandpaper shaping and smoothing the piece. It came out very nice though.
