I recently ripped out the prestiege alarm that was in my 1999 GS300 and installed a python 990. Everything seems to work fine.

The only issue i'm having is when I press the DISARM button on my 4runner factory alarm it sets off the alarm on the gs300!!!! Anyone have any idea whats going on? I had the python 990 installed in my SC300 before and it never did that...
