Default which processor in nav unit?

Has anyone had the nav unit apart and discovered which processor is in it? Maybe we can get rid of the nag screen and maybe even make it a more usable gps.

OR you can get a navi bypass and just plug it in the back.

Where does a body get a navi bypass? Doesn't look like vaistech sells them anymore.
