Default Mark Levinson no sound and freezing

Anybody having problems w/ their Mark Levinson system randomly leaving user w/ no sound? Starts out w/ the sound turning off, but the display still shows cd time countdown. Then when I try to turn the system off and on, it locks up at the audio off screen. Only way that seems to remedy the problem is by turning the car off then back on again. Seems to happen at higher audio volumes. It's random though. Some days it's great, but the other night I had to pull over 3 times within a city block to shut the car off and turn it back on.

I'd take it to the dealership. Hopefully it's still in warranty.

Yea, it's under warranty. I haven't touched it. I was just trying to gather as much info as I could because I hate taking things to the dealer when I can't replicate the problem on demand. Usually end up wasting my time and get a "we can't find anything wrong with it. bring it back if it acts up again" line.
