Default line output converter?

i have a 1999 es300 and want to put in after market subs. i was told i could use a line output converter to get signal to the amp, where should the LOC be connected? and DONT tell me to search it! trust me i have. any help would be great and pictures would be better.

Grab the signal from both rear speakers. Most LOC's are stereo, and you can simply use a Y-connector to bridge the signal back together or run stereo subs, which is my preference. Provided your amplifier has a crossover, it really is as simple as interrupting the wires, splicing in the LOC, and hooking it into the amp's inputs. Get power to the amp, wires to the subs, and you're bumping.
