Newest DDIN Nav from Eclipse. Nice looking nav section with an impressive 16 mil PIOs. USB and bluetooth builtin too. As always with Eclipse 5v preouts. But what's seriously lacking is the EQ section, just a simple 3 band EQ. My kenwood has a 13 band eq, fully adjustable time alignment and crossover.
I was thinking of replacing my kenwood with this but I don't think the trade off is worth it.

It's a nav unit, not an SQ unit. 3 band parametric will work for most people who are looking for a solid and functional navi to replace their stock DD unit. If you want better SQ, you buy the brands that have a unit sold for that set of customers.
I think another indicator that this is meant for basic upgrade is that it has no changer controller, works out of the box with most steering wheel controls, and has no remote. 3 year warranty is nice, too.
In my opinion, Eclipse is selling a unit for those who want plug and play in a lease car, not lose their controls, and offers decent options. Not a bad place to position a new offering.
