I upgraded my iPod Touch 2G to the 3.0 firmware last week, and now my OEM iPod Adapter is borked. It can't handle large playlists anymore, and during menus and playback it displays the wrong track information, making song selection impossible.

I have also seen problem reports with the 3.0 firmware from owners of BMW, Infiniti, and Volvo. I'm not clear as to whether the problems are affecting everyone, or just some users.

Has anyone with Dice/Vaistech kits experienced problems? Are any of these kits Apple Certified?

i have the 2nd gen regular audio vais and did not have problems after my iphone 3g update.
