I don't know about other states, but all those lighted nozzels, license plate frames, neon, the lights that flicker with the bass, interior neon, and etc are illegal, and are just used to pull you over for a check up, in a way . The local police here in Bentonville have asked Wal-Mart (Bentonville is the home office) to push the products heavily, and they have. Something about distraction. Same goes for TVs that are visible to the driver. Headrests are okay. If laws are like this in Arkansas, I wonder how bad it is in California or Virginia.
