Single DIN space filler?

Anyone have ideas on how to fill that single DIN space? I was thinking of something cool for an Iphone but don't know where to start

How about a nice gauge or two in there? Maybe a fiber glassed slot for Ipod or equivalent mp3 player.. or maybe a nice spot to mold in a L.E.D lightbar thats scrolls Lexus or something.. IDK whatever you want LoL

I went ahead and busted out the Dremel on some mdf to make an Iphone base. I figured since I have a widescreen on the phone, might as well use it. Used aluminum L shapes for the mount....they provide enough bend to provide a secure fit in the din slot. Ill post pics soon.
