I need a dash kit for my new pioneer (DEH-P9400MP). I am looking around at autotoys and they have only for the LS; their website is complex and not that clear.

Thanks yall

I dont think they make one for the GS yet, you have to get one custom made

If you want a custom wood kit, I gotta a guy that can do it for you. Drop me a PM or e-mail at ap0718@clublexus.com

I just installed a TV up front on my GS and I need to get a custom kit made as well. All you will have to do is probably mail him a stencil of the custom piece. If we get it together, maybe we can get a good deal.

Let me know

alkattan,

I am about to install my Pioneer P7300 in my GS. Did you do the install yourself? Any tips, if you did?

Thanks

Lee

Thanks yall for your input....

Yes Lee I am doing all the installation by my self. I have changed all stock speakers from 4 inch to 6.5 inch. I also wired all for doors to the trunk. I mounted a Kenwood Amp to run all 4 speakers and MTX Amp for a box sub(in the rear dash). Also, I installed one capacitor in the trunk.
I am trying to be creative here; I installed the stereo in the original Lexus kit. It is not complete yet.

Any questions on the AUTOTOYS LX3 kit, ask.

I used that same kit in my GS400 to install my PIONEER DVD7300 unit with Navigation. YOU NEED IT. It will work.

A little customization needed. Out of the box, it will match your dash perfectly, it is not designed for the GS, so there is a slight 1/8 inch gap on the side (acceptable to some and the kit is METAL) .. but if you want to trim it with ABS, you can. Thats what I did.

Take a look if you want

Oh...
I am also importing the ARISTO double din dash kit from Japan. I'll be the test rat, see if it works, if it does, I'll let you guys know about it.
