? about 1st gen gs flip out cd player install

I am hopefully doing my system this weekend in the GS but have a quick question. I have everything I need except for one of those little harness sections for aftermarket radio installs. I believe Scosche makes them but which one do I need?

The unit is a Pioneer Premier 7" lcd touch screen and it has everything that came with it when it was bought new but do I need one of those little Scosche harness pigtails to make this work?
