Unhappy SDSTOYO and Naki

Can anyone confirm if this soundgate adapter will work with the naki and no nav.

I have seen a passing reference suggesting it will plug directly into the cd changer for a 1998 GS400.

I have struggled mightily, trying to build the famous relay, now ready to give up and go another direction.

Also, if anyone has suggestions on best way to add ipod connection, let me know, i think i have looked at every post here, and after 30+ hours trying to wire up the aux in relay from pure drifter, i am ready to try something else.

If you have managed to get the pure drifter install working in a 98 gs400 and can help, please PM I would GREATLY appreciate it. (Tried wiring at head and amp w/no success)

thx
keith

Just want to find out if the SDSTOYO setup worked for the 1998 GS400? Does the line selector works as advertised?

I've been researching this also. I have a 99 GS300 with the Pioneer HU (no nav).

It seems to me that there is nothing available for 98-00 GS300/400 that is plug & play, regardless of the audio system you have.

So your only option would be Pure's DIY. I'm starting to source the different parts for the DIY. Pure's thread has pretty much all the wiring daigrams in it, so it shouldn't be that hard to wire.

Of course you can aways get an aftermarket HU. However that's not an option for me since you'll have to say goodbye to your stock sub.
