Kenwood receiver stock speakers

Kenwood receiver stock speakers
Ok so my friend has a 1997 Lexus Es300
He just bought a kenwood receiver and he wants to keep his stock speakers. He bought it off Crutchfield and they sold him this harness with the normal wires (power, ground,acc., ect.) But the actual speaker wires are RCA cables??????
We have absolutely no idea where to plug these into. There's no input for them on the back of the kenwood deck. There are two RCA inputs but they are for a subwoofer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
