I'm doing some audio system planning and am looking for a double din unit that does everything, cheaply.
Does anyone have any experience with the AVIC-5700BT?

They are going cheap (~$350 slightly used) because they take a full minute to boot up. Pioneer released firmware upgrades and based on the reviews, the issue has been fixed and the unit works fast and flawless afterward.
I can't find anything as comprehensive for the price - SD memory card reader, CD, DVD, USB, IPod, bluetooth, GPS nav, etc etc..
Anyone?

I have it but haven't installed it yet. But my cousin (GS3soulja) has it in his GS and he has no complaints. We got ours at Best Buy on 87th and the Dan ryan for $299 brand new.

The only complaint I have is how the navi looks. It seems really dull compared to my stock Q45 navi:

Do you use the bluetooth feature? I've been reading reviews on the unit all day and it seems a lot of people say the bluetooth sound is crappy.
Also, have you watched any videos on it? Can you watch avi's off a thumb drive?

I run an f90bt (same unit with DVD). And it's just okay. I am running firmware 2.2 and it can get a bit unresponsive, especially with Bluetooth actions. If you get the f series AVIC, pony up and get the 3.0 firmware. From what I understand, it helps significantly with response time. I will be upgrading soon.
