1" soft dome tweeters
Alright guys.. Let me know your experience with tweeters and give me some recommendations. I'm in the market for a nice, clean, clarity tweeters that will make my music alive. Thanks for the help.

Go and listen, young padawan. You cannot rely on others' ears to listen for what you like.
As far as advice - most people don't like the sound from metal tweets, especially aluminum domes. Cloth domes are a much less shrill/harsh sound, causing much less ear fatigue.
What brands are you considering? Are you designing custom crossover networks to add them to an existing setup?

Not many audio stores have setups that "works". So I figure I asked CL if anyone got experience with good ones that they would like to share. I was thinking about getting Infinity Kapp (2 ohms) but I want to be open minded. I got no custom just want some nice tweeters since I could barely here my JL Audio TR tweeters that's only 1/2.

What kind of "shop" doesn't have speakers that work? I should open up a real shop where you are. Could probably put all of these pseudo places out of business. Sheesh.
Why are you not able to hear the JL tweets? Are you underpowering the setup? You need an amp to run most component systems.

I was looking at the Dynaudio and I heard it's one of the best. I only got a 4 channel amp Rockford Fosgate 400-4. I think it only pushes 50w per channel. If I get the Dynaudio components I don't think it would sound too good since they are like 100w+. Also they are 7" for the door speakers and 1.1" for the tweeters and that's too big to fit without modification correct?

They're marketed as 7 inch, but they're really 6.5 inch. You can pick the thicker frame MW162 or the thinner version of the GT series. To fit a 6.5 in the Lexus you would need a different baffle. Well worth the effort.

John, your biggest problem will be mounting depth, not diameter. I've been able to fit 8" drivers into our doors before with no problem. Just can't do anything too deep due to the curvature of the glass window.
What is your amp powering now? Most likely you can bridge the channels on your amp for more output. If you have a sub connected to that amp, move it to a dedicated sub amp and then use the RF for the components.

The Rockford Fosgate 400-4 are for the front and rears and it's 200 watts. And the sub got a Rockford Fosgate 300-1 @ 300w. If I bridge it, it would become 100W @ 2 ohms, but I would lose the other 2 channel for that. I don't really want to get another amp and that's the dilemma.

They were NEVER cheap. But they're the best in terms of sound quality. Bar none.
The ESOTAR 2 series of the midwoofers are 1000 per PAIR. The tweeters for the ESOTAR 2 are 1500 PER PAIR.
2500 for a set of front speakers? You bet. But once when they are setup correctly, nothing can touch them in accuracy.
