Default Need a high level input plug from a kenwood amp

Has anyone installed a new kenwood amp recently? For my current project I need the high level input plug (grey/black/white-black/white-grey wires) and they were not included with the item i purchased. Can anyone help me out? Locally would be cool since I need it by Friday.

Reason I put it in the audio section rather than the for sale (WTB) forum is because an installer or someone of that caliber, who would deal with a kenwood amp will be more likely to see it here. Please give it some air time here before moving it if you have to.

Did you try calling local shops that stock Kenwood? I'm sure that they would have extra parts, even if they charge a nominal fee for it. Did you buy it online? I would have hammered whoever sent you a product without all the parts (if bought new), too.

Is there a Best Buy anywhere near you? I know they carry Kenwood, and from knowing several of the people who have worked as installers there, they don't throw crap away.

oh well I bit the bullet and ordered the stupid thing from the local distributor (ended up costing me 20 bucks for a 5 dollar part). Time (when other businesses are open for the day) is hard to come by for me. Thanks for the help.

And Big Mack, yeah I should have tried Best Buy, but their install bays are a bit weird here.

Thanks again for the suggestions

Did you buy the amp new? The place that you bought it from should have ponied up the part.

Oh trust me, it's not just there. Ever launch a radio with a crapapult from the top of a retail building? We did it - several times. Theme: Cake's "He's going the distance, he's going for speed..."

And you're welcome, mang. Hopefully it gets there and works for you.
