I need to buy a new Nakamichi Amplifier - looking on ebay - does the year matter? Is there a listing somewhere of what year/type are the same amplifiers? I know this may seem like a stupid question to some of you but I am a female and am clueless about this.

I'd stay with the same year and same model for the amp. Buying a GS Nak amp to work with a SC won't cut it.
