Glad to help out, mang. How's it sound?

To the guy with the SC430, you should probably start another thread. You'll get more attention. My suggestion is to look at what's available locally if you want a replacement. What I find intuitive and ergonomic, you might hate.

Big Mack - It sounds amazing

Glad I went with the JL amp and installed the bass ****. Some stuff it can be a bit too much but most of the stuff its dead on. Played with the settings on the amp and I got it dialed in now.

I ended up tapping into the wires at the sub. Never was able to find the wires at the amp but it wasnt so hard to get this done. I have to build something for the amp but everything is wired up and working

Thanks again for your help

Did you turn the gain down and simply turn the **** a bit further on the quieter passages? That's how it really should be setup. Keeps you from having to constantly adjust it.

Easiest way is at the sub. Cleaner, too, really.

Glad to help out where I can.
