Hi!

I'm doing conversion of an RHD Aristo to a LHD GS300 car, among other parts the dash is being replaced.
Although the wiring remains RHD (we extend necessary connectors).
The old radio (looks similar to the radio/cc '95) is replaced also as the japaneese FM is not working here or anywhere outside Japan.
The connectors are completely different. The amp is in the boot on the right side. All the parts are used from a GS300 LHD.

The question is: I've opened the "new" LHD oem radio and easily found power pins. It powers on. I've found sound outputs.
Now I cannot make the sound to go through the amp. How should i wake it up?
There are 2 wires with +12 coming to the amp. There probably should be some wakup pin on it? Can You give a wire color (hope it's same on RHD).
Which wire on the radio is it? can I find it by voltage?

Alexey,

I'm not familiar with the first generation GS in terms of it's audio system or their wiring diagrams. Do you have a dealership near you? They should have copies of the Electrical wiring diagrams.

I've thrown out the original amp and installed a Clarion instead.
