No audio function on 3GS need help!

Just got my 3GS back from the body shop. Stock navi no ML.
It won't play any audio. screen says audio off no matter what buttons i push.
No voice on navi heard either or sunroof button doesn't work either help?

Sounds like you need to reset some stuff. Did they disconnect the battery?
