I've heard that OEM speakers are not that good, right now, i like it, but i'm willing to upgrade if the gap is major. I have a ML ES350 08. Will i hear a difference if i change some of the oem speakers to mid-end aftermarket speakers without changing the ML amplifier ? Going high-end would not make sense if i don't change the amplifier.
thank you. Right now, i have a sub and amplifier added to the ML.

No, i only added stuffs on the OEM radio like a Vaistech Multimedia, a sub and an additional amplifier. My next steps would be changing the speakers only, I have some additional amplifiers from my other car but i don't want to drain the power off my car.
As for speakers upgrade, i was thinking of regular mid quality one like infinity, alpine... something i can find used easily.
