Default I have wanted an SC400 for 7 years and now Im finally getting one

I still havent found the right one yet, but I have a couple of questions. Did Lexus ever change the size of the front speakers (woofers to be exact)? I have been searching and searching but I cant find any info on that. The reason I ask is because Im going to be fitting 7" Diamond Audio D9's into my new Lexus and so far every one Ive looked at has 4" front woofers. Im down for some custom work but Id rather not if I dont have to.
And does anyone know where to order OEM interior parts? Every sc Ive looked at has a destroyed interior.

btw, heres what I have to look forward to installing in my new sc. I just finished pulling all of it out of my van. My subs are 2 12" JL W6's that are at my friends shop right now which is why they're not in the picture. Head unit is an Alpine IVA-W205 front speakers are 7" Diamond Audio D9 TDX, rear speakers are 6.5" Diamond Audio D6, Speaker amp is an Alpine MRA-D550 5.1 Dolby Digital Processor and amp and my sub amp is a Hifonics Brutus 1600. I've decided that Im just going to take out the rear seat and put the subs and amps there instead of in the trunk. This should be one hell of a build but I cant wait!

I don't think the speaker sizes ever changed. 7 years is a long time to wait for a car thats readily available for less than 3k in decent condition.

Well, on the day of my 16th birthday I had saved up about $4000 from working at the grocery store and mowing lawns on my block and my parents said they would give me $2000 so I could buy something decent. Then they decided to tell me that I wasn't allowed to buy a car, I could only buy a truck or suv because I live in Denver, CO and it snows a lot here. So over the past 7 years Ive owned nothing but Toyota 4runners and Tacomas and now a p.o.s. Dodge van (so my band could go on tour) but finally, Ive saved my nickels and dimes and I am buying my budget dream car and no one can stop me.

I have loved this car since I was 10, Im seventeen now, and after seven years of looking at other people's sc's, I bought my own on saturday. Its a 98 sc300. Im not gonna do any mods to it this summer. And keep looking.. You will find one in good condition eventually. They dont all have destroyed interiors.

Ya but I was a p*ssy when I was 16. Actually, I still am a p*ssy when it comes to defying my parents but now I'm 23 and dont rely on them for anything anymore.

Thank you! Im actually suprised that some on here has heard of Hifonics and Diamond Audio. I cant tell you how many people have asked me if my Hifonics was some crappy wal-mart amp. and I just smile and say yes.

Its hard to explain how it will look but I've already designed the custom box and amp rack that will replace the seat. The fact that gas tank is in trunk is actually the reason I decided to put all the stereo equipment in the car instead of the trunk.

Finding SC400 in Denver is difficult enough as it is. Im actually looking for one with a perfect exterior. Im planning on reupholstering and customizing the interior of my sc anyways whether its destroyed or not. Im too much of a mod nut to leave it stock.

Look on craigslist, I found mine on there, and the exterior is in practically perfect condition.
